Ding All Super Epoxy Repair Kit

Ding All’s Super Kit is suitable for both epoxy and polyester repairs. Ideal for repairing damage where fiberglass cloth is required. This kit contains Ultra Clear SS 2000 resin, a high-quality epoxy resin also used in the construction of epoxy surfboards. The resin is multifunctional and can be applied to both epoxy and polyester surfaces. The kit is supplied complete with all necessary materials for easy medium to large repairs. Note: for larger holes or voids, apply filled epoxy resin in layers of approximately 6 mm (1/4") to prevent overheating.

• Epoxy resin + hardener (approx. 85 grams)

Instructions

1. Ensure the damaged area is clean and dry. Lightly sand the surrounding surface.
2. Mix 2 parts A with 1 part B and stir thoroughly until the mixture becomes clear.
3. For deeper damage, add Q-Cell to thicken the resin.
4. Apply and, if required, finish with fiberglass cloth for larger repairs.

Curing times (guideline)

• Working time: approx. 20 minutes
• Initial set time: approx. 60 minutes
• Fully cured: approx. 6–8 hours

Sun Cure epoxy

Fast-curing epoxy that hardens in sunlight and does not require mixing. Apply in the shade and then expose to direct sunlight. Curing time varies between approximately 3 and 10 minutes depending on sunlight intensity.

• Do not apply below 18°C.
• Only apply to a dry surface.
