Rooster Aquafleece Repair Kit Black

This repair kit is specially designed to fix a tear in your black aquafleece spray top. Follow the instructions below to use the repair kit:

1. Make sure the area to be repaired is clean and dry.
2. Cut the patch slightly larger than the damaged area. Round off the corners a bit to prevent the edges from peeling off.
3. Remove the plastic protective layer (sometimes it’s already almost loose). Note: do not remove the white paper on the other side yet.
4. Turn the spray top inside out and place it on the ironing board with the heat-resistant paper facing up.
5. Preheat your iron to a medium temperature (around 160°C) and press the iron on the patch for 20 seconds with light pressure (not too much). You can place a piece of fabric or similar material between the patch and the iron. If needed, place a piece of wood inside the spray top for a firm surface.
6. Remove the iron and check that all edges are properly sealed. If not, repeat the process briefly until the patch is fully bonded to the spray top.
7. Finally, remove the white film. This may be a bit tricky, but keep at it!

Note: do not use excessive heat, time, or pressure, as this may cause irreparable damage to the garment.
