Kuipers Nautic is a true family business, founded in 2008 by us, Roelof and Jelmer Kuipers. A few years later, our sister Martina joined the team. Together, we work with passion every day to serve you as best as possible.

Growing Up with Watersports

Our love for watersports runs deep. From a young age, we spent almost every weekend on the water with our parents. It didn’t take long before competitive sailing became a big part of our lives—something that has stayed with us ever since. Roelof started racing at the age of eleven, Martina at seven, and Jelmer sailed his first race in the Flits class at just six years old.

To this day, we (Roelof and Jelmer) still love competing on the water. Over the years, we’ve sailed in various boats, but these days, we mainly race in the Solo and the Musto Skiff. Both are single-handed boats, and we train together before going head-to-head in races. Besides sailing, we also enjoy kitesurfing and windsurfing. And whenever we get the chance, we love taking the motorboat out for a ride.

The Business

When we started Kuipers Nautic in 2008, we had just a small selection of products. Today, we've grown into a full-fledged watersports company, offering a wide range of parts for both sailboats and motorboats. Everything you add to your shopping cart is in stock in our own warehouse and ready to ship. In addition to our online store, you're always welcome to visit us in person. At our service desk, you can check out and purchase items, which we retrieve directly from our warehouse.
